Finally in 2021,we decided to sell the place and of course we utilized the services of Linda. She successfully marketed the property and the deal was completed. Linda was friendly with my mother who passed away in January 2020, but I had only met Linda very briefly before she passed away. After she passed away, I really did not know what to do with her condominium but remembered the friendship the two had developed over several years, and Linda was there to help me every step of the way. She took lots of time to explain the options to me and never pushed me to make any quick decisions. Finally in May, 2021, we put the condominium on the market, and within a few days, received a contract for purchase. Throughout the contract process, which was a bit unusual at times, Linda was extremely helpful and always available to answer my calls, emails and texts. She has many years of experience and her expertise was helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the area.
